As a Client Relationship Associate, Gillian focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, assisting with onboarding, servicing, and day-to-day relationship management. Gillian works closely with the advisory team to ensure client needs are met with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.
She brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and more than three years in the aviation sector, where she worked as a Flight Operations Administrator in Naples, Florida. In that role, she partnered directly with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated service experience. Her ability to connect personally with clients has been a hallmark of her professional success.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Gillian moved to Westport, Connecticut at the age of nine. She is fluent in three languages: Tagalog, Ilocano, and English. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Event Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
Outside of work, Gillian enjoys spending quality time with her son, Robbie, and her husband, Robyn, as well as her family and friends. A nature enthusiast with a green thumb, she finds joy in caring for plants and being surrounded by them.
